New Delhi, 26th Jan. Opposition party leaders often provide several examples of how low one can sink in politics. It is astonishing that their intense hatred for Modi and the BJP has blinded them to the point where they no longer care about distinguishing between right and wrong. Beyond all of these remarks, it is Rahul Gandhi who has used derogatory and cruel language, particularly when he made disrespectful comments about the consecration of the magnificent temple dedicated to Lord Ram Lala while sitting on the dharna. Veerappa Moily has also engaged in similar behavior to some extent. This brings us to Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal. It is highly unexpected for someone in such an important constitutional position to make statements like Mamata has. As the saying goes, “Infidels fear death.”
Every word has deep connotations
The thought that Mamta is unaware of the word “Kafir” may sadden one. Is she unaware that this word has been used for centuries by specific people to refer to non-specific people and that this usage continues today? Every word has profound meanings that are concealed behind it; in the Bharatiya wisdom tradition, the word is referred to as Brahma. From a linguistic perspective within Islam, the term “infidel” originated from Arabic, as employed in this particular context. It is applied to individuals who reject Islam. To elaborate, an individual who rejects the teachings of Islam regarding Allah and His Messenger, Prophet Muhammad, is considered an atheist. The word “Kafir” has been used historically to refer to him; regardless of the religion he practices or adheres to, provided he has faith in God. This is the term for people who are not Muslims,
Leaders such as Mamata are impeding Bharat’s national unity
The terms “rejector,” “denier,” “disbeliever,” and “hider,” which refer to someone who disbelieves in God and the Quran and is not Muslim, also convey the same meaning when used interchangeably with the word “Kafir.” Those who reject Islam are known as kufr, or unbelievers. Kafir also signifies “deserving of death.” From a linguistic perspective, the Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee, represents motherhood and should be viewed equally by all. From this perspective, when Mamta makes divisive remarks, it appears that this country will never be unified as long as there are leaders like this!
Mamta tries to agitate common people
It is astonishing to observe that Mamata was attempting to incite the common people of West Bengal with her poisonous tongue during a period when the nation and the world, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, were celebrating Ram Lalla’s life consecration. And that too at a gathering “Sarva Dharma Sambhav”. Here, she is threatening those who vote for or support the BJP. “Will see them.… Remember one thing, do not help BJP, if you people help BJP, then I swear to Allah, no one will forgive you people… We will not forgive you,” She said. “Those who are infidels, they fear, they die, those who fight, stay alive, they settle, they work,” she added further.
Mamta was planting hateful seeds
Upon the release of this contentious video, it appeared as though Mamata and other individuals were perpetuating hatred among the general public while Jai Ghosh’s voice of Bharat’s unity was resonating from Ayodhya and making the entire world happy. In the process of sowing the seeds of hatred, an important question to consider is if this was Mamata’s first speech in such a manner. Social internet is rife with videos that demonstrate Mamata Banerjee’s stark differences with the majority Hindu community. In these videos, she discusses decisions made regarding Ram Navami, the beating of Hindu sadhus, and her refusal to speak out against anti-Hindu acts. Her actions consistently show that she engages in politics in order to appease Muslims.
A prominent official ought not to use such terminology
Another comparable comment she made was “Khela Hobe.” Everyone is aware of the events that unfolded in West Bengal following Mamata’s utterance of this phrase during the most recent assembly elections! Bengal was engulfed in flames. It is actually unrealistic to expect this from someone in such a high position nowadays; instead, it is better to say that others should refrain from using language that can sow discord in social situations. Mamata’s frequent use of this terminology indicates her deep hate of Hindus, but she is frequently unable to speak candidly about Bharat due to the pressures of politics and the need to win votes. It is because of the central government, there is a constitution and law and order, otherwise, during her reign of terror, Mamata would have taken actual action to annihilate the Hindu community in West Bengal.
