Bhopal, 8th July. Rawat took the oath of office as a Cabinet Minister at Raj Bhavan in the state capital of Bhopal.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav was present when State Governor Mangubhai C. Patel gave Rawat his oath of office.
“Today, I took oath as a minister,” Rawat said to ANI following his swearing-in ceremony as a member of the Madhya Pradesh Cabinet. The CM and the entire party have my sincere gratitude. I promise to provide any task I am given my whole attention.”
CM Yadav thanked Rawat and stated that the newly appointed minister would be beneficial to the state’s citizens.
“I’d like to congratulate our senior leader Ramniwas Rawat on taking the oath of office today. The new minister in the cabinet will be advantageous to the people of Madhya Pradesh. He has a wealth of knowledge and a foothold throughout the state, particularly in the Chambal area. There are numerous opportunities for development in this area. The state government will continue to advance for the benefit of the state while working in a spirit of unity. I send him my best wishes,” CM Yadav remarked.
Along with sending his best wishes to Rawat, state cabinet minister Prahlad Singh Patel stated that an experienced leader will contribute to the state’s development.
“Today, the Madhya Pradesh government swore in Ramniwas Rawat as a cabinet minister. A seasoned leader will contribute to Madhya Pradesh’s development. I hope the best for him,” Patel stated.
Six-time MLA Rawat moved to the BJP on April 30, the day of the Lok Sabha elections in the Sheopur district’s Vijaypur assembly constituency.
