New Delhi, 26th March: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday extended his greetings to the nation on the occasion of Ram Navami, highlighting the timeless relevance of Lord Ram’s ideals.
In his message, the Prime Minister said the life of Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram, marked by sacrifice, penance and self-restraint, continues to inspire people to face challenges with strength and determination.
Emphasising the universal appeal of Lord Ram’s teachings, Modi noted that his ideals will remain a guiding force not only for India but for humanity as a whole.
“Greetings to all my fellow citizens on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. The life of Maryada Purushottam inspires us to face every situation with strength. His ideals will continue to guide humanity for all times,” the Prime Minister said in a post.
He also prayed for the well-being of all and expressed hope that the blessings of Lord Ram would strengthen the resolve towards building a developed and self-reliant India.
Ram Navami marks the birth anniversary of Lord Ram and is celebrated across the country with devotion and religious fervour.
