“Let Us Build a Better Society with Selflessness and Dedication”: President Murmu on Eid-Uz-Zuha

New Delhi, 6th June: President of India, Droupadi Murmu, extended warm greetings to citizens across the nation and abroad on the eve of Eid-Uz-Zuha, highlighting the festival’s deep spiritual and social significance.

In her message, the President said, “On the occasion of Eid-Uz-Zuha, I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all fellow citizens and Indians abroad, especially our Muslim brothers and sisters.”

Describing Eid-Uz-Zuha as a symbol of sacrifice, faith, and humane values, the President noted that the festival carries the message of unity, love, and brotherhood.

She urged all citizens to “work together to build a better society by adopting the values of selflessness and dedication in our lives.”
