New Delhi, 22nd July: Rajiv Ranjan Singh, popularly known as Lalan Singh, is a senior leader of the Janata Dal (United) and one of Bihar’s most experienced political voices. Born on 24 January 1955, Singh has been a close associate of JD(U) president and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for several decades.
