Lakhimpur, 11th Oct. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said in a program that no one will be arrested just on the basis of the allegation. He said that the investigation will proceed on the basis of the evidence and whatever will come out in it, action will be taken on the basis of that.

Chief Minister Yogi said that the Lakhimpur Kheri incident is unfortunate. He said that in this matter everyone will be treated equally as per law. He said that the High Court itself has said that there should be enough evidence before the arrest. We will not arrest anyone on mere charges. We have arrested everyone after getting the evidence whether it is a BJP MLA or Leader of Opposition.

On stopping the opposition leaders, he said that an FIR has been registered on the basis of Tahrir. The opposition leaders who came were not messengers of goodwill. Once the whole test is done, the matter will be clear.

CM Yogi Adityanath said that the CM of Chhattisgarh is not able to handle his state. In Chhattisgarh itself, some farmers were killed by police bullets. He has no sympathy for them. Yogi raised the question and asked why Bhupesh Baghel did not go to Kawardha in Chhattisgarh. The families of the farmers who were gunned down could also go to meet them.
