J&K Kabaddi Referees’ and Umpires’ Level-1 Results Announced
88 officials from various districts qualify; 19 secure ‘A’ grade, 55 ‘B’ grade, and 14 ‘C’ grade

Jammu, 9th Nov: The Jammu & Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association has announced the results of the Referees/Umpires Level-1 Examination held in Srinagar. According to General Secretary Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, eighty-eight officials from various districts, including senior Kabaddi players, PETs, PEMs, and lecturers, appeared for the exam.
The examination was conducted under the supervision of experts and qualified referees from the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India, who possess extensive experience in international and Pro Kabaddi League competitions.
Among the 88 candidates, 19 officials secured an ‘A’ Grade, 55 obtained a ‘B’ Grade, and 14 received a ‘C’ Grade. Dr. Gupta informed that the association will organize the Level-II Referees/Umpires Examination in 2026 for those who qualified in Level-I.
He further added that the qualified officials are now eligible to participate in the All India Referees Examination conducted by the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India. They can also officiate in Inter-School, Inter-College, Youth Services and Sports Department events, Police Department tournaments, and other district and Union Territory-level competitions.

Imran, Imran Ahmad, Inam, Mohd. The association congratulated all qualified officials for their dedication and contribution to promoting Kabaddi across Jammu and Kashmir.
