 Anand Sharma, the private secretary to Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, has been removed from his post following a government order. The action was taken after the matter gained traction, with both the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s office and the BJP’s central leadership in Delhi expressing their displeasure.

The incident came to light when the private secretary wrote to the District Magistrate and SP of Jalaun, requesting them to provide VIP protocol to the minister’s son, Abhishek Singh, during his visit to the district. However, the minister’s son is not authorized to receive such protocol.

This action was taken after the issue was brought to the public eye.
