Singapore, 6th Sept. Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with Singapore’s President, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, on September 5, 2024.
During the meeting, PM Modi expressed appreciation for President Tharman’s strong support of the India-Singapore partnership.
The two leaders discussed a range of bilateral and global issues, reaffirming their countries’ longstanding relationship rooted in trust, mutual respect, and complementarity.
The leaders highlighted the recent elevation of their ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, focusing on expanding cooperation in advanced manufacturing and emerging technologies.
