New Delhi, 4th March: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday held a telephone conversation with the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, to discuss the evolving situation in West Asia.

During the conversation, Prime Minister Modi strongly condemned the violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and conveyed India’s solidarity with the people of Kuwait during the ongoing crisis.

“India condemns violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and stands with its people in this difficult hour,” the Prime Minister said in a post on X after the call.

Both leaders emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in restoring peace and stability in the region.

Prime Minister Modi also expressed appreciation for the Kuwaiti leadership’s continued efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of the Indian community residing in Kuwait.
