Chandigarh, 1st April. The husband of an IAS officer was arrested on charges of immoral trafficking after he was found with a woman at a house in Sarabha Nagar during a police raid, authorities reported on Sunday.
He has been charged under the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act.
Police conducted the raid on Friday night based on a tip-off about a suspected illegal operation happening at the location.
The IAS officer has held various high-ranking positions in the past.
