New Delhi, 24th Feb: Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah on Tuesday paid tributes to former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa on her Jayanti, recalling her legacy as a mass leader and transformative administrator.
