Hemant Soren Wants to Turn Ranchi Into Karachi: Giriraj Singh

GG News Bureau
Patna, 19th Nov. Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh launched a sharp attack on Jharkhand’s ruling JMM-Congress coalition on Tuesday, accusing Chief Minister Hemant Soren of trying to “turn Ranchi into Karachi” and neighboring districts into “Bangladesh.”

Speaking a day before the second phase of polling in Jharkhand, Singh called on voters to prioritize the safety of women. “The Congress and its allies want to divide us. People must vote for the safety of their ‘bahu-beti,'” he said.

Singh also alleged that Congress and its allies are engaging in “vote-jihad” to divide the majority community’s votes, urging voters to reject these tactics.

Responding to Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s recent remarks comparing the BJP and RSS to poison, Singh criticized Kharge’s comments as “derogatory” and accused Congress leaders of using divisive language.

Polling for 38 assembly seats in Jharkhand’s second phase is scheduled for Wednesday, with results set to reflect the heated political rhetoric surrounding the elections.
