Letter war going in Haryana Police , MP Sunita Duggal also joins the fray. Taking cognizance of Complaint letter of  Y.Puran Kumar IG Telecommunications to Anurag Agarwal Chief Election Officor Haryana ,Rajesh Duggal Joint CP, Gurugram who is husband of Sunita Duggal has been transferred as DIG headquarters. Puran Kumars Complaint says”It is matter of record that Rajesh Duggal had been posted in Gurugram in various capacities in the recent past and it is also a matter of fact that Duggal and family had been residing in HN 41-P, sector 23. Gurugram since a few years.
Sunita Duggal wrote to Anurag Agarwal”Y Puran Kumar is attempting to manipulate posting of IPS officers of Haryana under cover of forthcoming Lok Sabha elections adding that he is misusing office of Haryana Police by using his designation , dispatch number of his office and making false,baseless and fabricated Complaints in order to manipulate posting of IPS officers of Haryana. He is mentioning his name with not only his designation but also giving diary and dispatch number of his office just to camouflage that it is approved letter from office of DGP Haryana.”.

Regarding allegations of Puran Kumar about Rajesh Duggals posting in Gurugram Sunita Duggal writes to CEO Haryana”Rajesh Duggal was lately posted in Gurugram in June ,2014 and thereafter he has never remained posted at Gurugram except for the year 2019 when he remained posted in special task force, Gurugram which was not a public dealing post.

During a period of more than last three years he has been posted as DCP Ballabgarh which is in Faridabad,SP Palwal ,SP Jhajjar,SP Kurushetra and DCP headquarters etc.It is shocking that Puran Kumar blatantly lied about posting of Rajesh Duggal in Gurugram which shows that he is a mischievous person with mala fide intentions thereby misleading election commission for his vested interests..Sunita Duggal writes that he was directed by then ACS home Rajiv Arora earlier also for avoiding surfacing communications in such manner when he surfaced allegations against the then DGP Manoj Yadava.

Such elements attempts to derail the Police administration for their petty vested interests and deserve not only being discouraged but also an exemplary disciplinary department action against them.Tailpiece.Y Puran Kumar has written a series of letters to CEO regarding additional charges of CP Panchkula to Sibash Kaviraj and CPJhajjar to Satish Balan and continuance of Sumit Kumar as SP Jind for more than three years in Hisar constituency and examining the continuance of various IPS officers including Satish Balan in Bhondsi Gurugram for more than three years.Above cases are tip of iceberg and in past several IPS officers have complained against each other.
