Haryana Govt. not giving sanction for registration of case against accused of grabbing prime government land costing around Rs five hundreds crores in Sector 12-A,Gurugram.
An influential leader close to the former CM is shielding the land grabbers. The Anti Corruption Bureau has been waiting for the last about six years .

About a decade Govt. has acquired three acres land and compensation was given.

In meantime land mafia forged a letter on name of those whose land was acquired and deposited the compensation money with interest.
On basis of this govt. released the land.
In meantime Manohar Lal became CM. One D.P. Saini complained to anti corruption buearo Gurugram about this scandal.
On 17th march 2016 DG Anti Corruption Bureau vide letter number 3218 regarding a serious case of corruption to cheat the Govt. and to grab thereby valuable HUDA land in sector 12-A,gurugram wrote to Chief Secretary that anti corruption Bureau Gurugram has investigated the matter and since there is likely of involvement of senior officers hence permission for registration of case should be given.

In meantime a property dealer turned politician joined the fray and ensured that permission is not given.

Five years back Kulbushan Bhardwaj BJP leader also complained to Police Commissioner Gurugram. He issued a statement Jeb Me Geeta -Niche Kat Raha भ्रष्टाचार का फीता Recall Kulbushan Bhardwaj that’ six years back he got a call from then CM Manohar Lal and he ensured that action will be taken.

Rest is history and anti corruption Bureau is proving as toothless tiger.
