It has detailed information about shady role of some Haryana Police officers including then Hisar Superintendent of Police as well as of good role of then DIG of Hisar Police range and also dirty role of then Haryana CM, Bhajan Lal in hushing up the matter.Author.Samar Singh Saran has written in the book”my sincere and warm thanks to Pawan Kumar Bansal, freelance veteran Journalist, Who has also been instrumental in encouraging me to undertake the task of bringing out this book”.In fact initially I was planning to write book but when I met Saran relative of Susheel Kumari for some matter I thought that only he can do justice by writing the book as he is closely associated with each and every development and his tireless struggle had led to arrest of accused’s.The book has reproduced my article appeared in newspaper “Homepages” titled”Mother of Sushila dies waiting for dues .CM’s order’s awaits clearance.Govt led by Bhupinder Singh Hooda announced award in memory of murdered Sushila.”.The article exposed the shameful role of bureacrcy and red tapisam as Khajan Kaur legal heir of Susheel Kumari died after six years of her tireless efforts of trying to get the salary of Susheel Kumari’s remaining period of service,courtsry unbridled bureaucracy in Haryana,which is least bothered about the plight of the common man and his little concerns for human values.During this period Khajan Kaur,an aged lady who had no other means of livelihood,sent several representations followed by numerous reminders to then Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda and senior officers of education department but nobody had time to listen to her woes.The matter was delayed on the pre-text of the death certificate of Susheel Kumari despite the then Hisar SP,Arshinder Chawala sending positive report in this regard the matter was not settled during lifetime of Khajan Kaur.Initially the then Hisar SP had refused to lodge report of Kidnapping of Susheel Kumari but case was registered on orders of then Hisar police range DIG SC Sinha a professional cop committed to his uniform although he was transferred next day.Tailpiece.Then. Haryana CM Bhajan Lal had reportedly commented”What the Police can do if someone eloped with her boyfriend”.
