Since these private medical colleges business runs in hundreds of crores, and big sharks and higher officers are involved in monitoring of them ,hence no action is being paid against their illegal activities. As per complaint lodged on CM Window it is informed that private medical colleges of Haryana Adesh Medical College, NC Panipat etc are paying only Rs 40000/-pm stipend to its first year students but as per government admission notification these private colleges should pay RS 86170/-pm to them. In this manner malpractice of crores of rupees is being done in payment of stipends to students against law. complainant Dr Ram Kanwar told “Gustakhi Maaf Haryana”

that this malpractice is running openly in these colleges and bringing the moral. of the hardworking PG students. down adding that if CM Manohar Lal is sincere in his claim of zero tolerance on corruption then immediate action should be taken in this matter in public interest. Hopefully CM, Medical Education Department and Health Minister self styled Gabbar”will take quick action in this malpractice. One of these medical colleges, Adesh Medical College is situated just 15 kms from Ambala and health minister is expected to make inspection of these colleges because there are also complaints of extraordinary forceful charging of various fees by these private medical colleges from MBBS students .
