SC stayed order of the HP High Court asking State Govt to transfer Mr. Sanjay Kundu, DGP, HP.
On condition of anonymity a retired Session Judge of Haryana made following observation “I had doubts about the correctness of order of HP, High Court.
1. Fixed tenure of DGP can’t be cut down without following law.
2. DGP was not heard before making adverse comments against him.
3. DGP is not accused in the case.Tailpiece .
Request was made by DGP’s lawyers Mr. Mukul Rohtagi for sending the case to CBI.
