Gurugram, 17th Jan. Milch cattle are farless than the consumption of milk so how can one say that the milk is pure? An eyeopener bitter truth. Food adulteration in India is actually rampant, is actually an understatement. Even though milk and dairy products in India are the highest in the world, it is only 1/4th of our requirement. And the Million Dollars question is from where does the rest of requirements come?
Milk products like Paneer, Ghee etc are synthetically manufactured on industrial scale as cottage, micro and small and medium industry, containing all sorts of toxic materials. It is so with every other food item-vegetables, fruits, cereals, spices, condiments, chicken, meat, eggs, fish, prawn, edible oils, drinks etc-all are highly adulterated or contaminated with adulterants, toxic colours, remnant pesticides, remnant hormones, etc.
So, it is not an exaggeration to say that India is a nation of food adulterators? Tailpiece. This dirty game of adulteration goes on under patronage of authority.
Haryana which is trend setter in national politics has shown the way decades back a factory of making synthetic Ghee was unearthed in Kurukshetrawhere centuries ago Lord Krishna had delivered sermons to Arjuna for fighting against injustice without being influenced by anyone.
