Panaji, 12th Jan. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former state minister Michael Lobo joined Congress on Tuesday.
His wife Delilah Lobo also joined Congress ahead of Goa Assembly polls.
Goa assembly elections are scheduled to be held on February 14.
