Prime Minister extends greetings to the nation on the occasion of Gita Jayanti

New Delhi, 1st Dec: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday extended greetings to people across the country on the sacred occasion of Gita Jayanti, marking the advent of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.
In his message, the Prime Minister said the revered scripture, enriched with profound teachings on duty, has always held a special place in India’s family, social and spiritual traditions. He added that its divine verses will continue to inspire future generations towards selfless action.
Sharing his greetings on X, PM Modi wrote in Hindi that the Bhagavad Gita, adorned with priceless messages of righteous duty, has been central to India’s way of life. He added that its timeless wisdom will forever guide humanity, concluding his post with “Jai Shri Krishna.”
