New Delhi, 12th Feb.
Year 2024 is shaping up to be a great year for Bharatiya billionaire Gautam Adani. In spite of the fact that Gautam Adani’s net worth has increased significantly, the Adani Group is no longer plagued by the Hindenburg effect. Once more, Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani has added his $100 billion net worth to the list of billionaires. His wealth has surged, pushing him up two spots on the list of the rich and raising his net worth to $101 billion.

Adani now has $101 billion in net worth

Gautam Adani now has a net worth of 101 billion rupees (Rs 8.38 lakh crore), up $2.73 billion from the Bloomberg Billionaires list that was published recently. He is now ranked 12th in this list. In addition to Adani, Reliance Industries’ Mukesh Ambani comes in at number 11 on this list of the top-15. Bharat’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani, has a net worth of $ 108 billion (approximately Rs 8.96 lakh crore), up $1.01 billion from the preceding list. In this list, Elon Musk is the richest person in the world with a net worth of $205 billion (Rs 17.01 lakh crore).

Gautam Adani’s wealth has increased so quickly that he is now only one spot behind Mukesh Ambani, the second-richest man in Asia and the second Bharatiya billionaire on the rich list. With the most recent increase of more than $1.1 billion, or Rs 9123 crore, Reliance Chairman Ambani’s net worth has reached $108 billion. When it comes to distance, the difference between Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani is just $7 billion.

Following the release of a research report by Hindenburg last year, Gautam Adani underwent significant losses and a $ 60 billion decline in his wealth. Now that a little over a month has gone since the start of 2024, he has made a significant comeback, as evidenced by the fact that he now ranks second among all billionaires worldwide in terms of earnings.  Thus far this year, he has made $16.4 billion.

World’s ten richest billionaires

With a net worth of $205 billion, Elon Musk continues to hold the top spot on the list of the richest persons in the world. Jeff Bezos of Amazon is the second richest person with a $196 billion net worth. With $186 billion in assets, French billionaire Bernard Arnault is the third richest person in the world. Mark Zuckerberg ($169 billion), Bill Gates ($146 billion), Steve Ballmer ($143 billion), and Warren Buffet ($132 billion) rank fifth, sixth, and seventh in terms of wealth, respectively. With $131 billion, Larry Page holds the eighth spot. Larry Ellison ($131 billion) and Sergey Brin ($125 billion) are ranked ninth and tenth, respectively.
