Fight against Corona: Sonia Gandhi Urges Center to form a Strategy to Deal with Corona with the Consent of all Parties

New Delhi, 1st May. Congress President Sonia Gandhi urges Center to form a political consensus on a national policy to deal with the global epidemic of coronavirus.

In a video message shared, she said, “now the time has come for the central and state governments to wake up and do their duties. She said that the vaccine of Covid-19 should be administered free of cost to all citizens and it should be made mandatory to obtain a license to increase the production of vaccines for the purpose of speeding up the country’s vaccination campaign.

The Congress president said, “I appeal to the central government to formulate a national policy to deal with the Covid-19 crisis in the country and a political consensus should be formed about it. Now the time has come for the central and state governments to wake up and perform their duties. ”

She further appealed to the central government to send Rs.6,000 to every poor family’s account so that they can help in dealing with the current crisis. She appealed to increase the tests and stop hoarding of essential life-saving drugs.
