New Delhi, 20th Oct. Dr. Sumit Seth (IFS:2005) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Costa Rica with residence in Panama.
Seth is presently also serving as Ambassador of India to the Republic of Panama.
He is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
