DoT Announces February Pensioner Camps in Delhi
Telecom pensioners to get life certificate services at multiple locations across the capital

New Delhi, 10th Feb: The Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr. CCA), Department of Telecommunications (DoT), has released the schedule for Telecom Pensioners Jeevan Praman Facilitation Camps to be held across Delhi during February 2026.
The camps are being organised at the Pr. CCA office in Delhi Sanchar Lekha Bhawan, Prasad Nagar, the extension counter at Eastern Court, Janpath, and at various MTNL and BSNL premises across Delhi and the National Capital Region to assist pensioners with life certificate-related services.
Pensioners have been requested to attend the camps as per their convenience and bring relevant documents for on-the-spot verification of their life certificates.

- MTNL Exchange Building, Laxmi Nagar – February 10, 2026
- MTNL Exchange Building, Najafgarh – February 13, 2026
- MTNL Exchange Building, Janakpuri – February 17, 2026
- MTNL Exchange Building, Janakpuri – February 19, 2026
All camps will function between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Facilities Available
- Training for submission of digital life certificates through the Jeevan Praman portal
- Training on the Jeevan Praman face authentication application
- Submission of KYP forms (pensioners must bring one photograph and a copy of Aadhaar card)
- Grievance and query submission support
Officials clarified that pensioners who have already submitted their life certificates are not required to attend the camps for the same purpose.
