For more than two years, the world has been fighting a deadly coronavirus pandemic. There are, however, a few countries that have been fully spared by the pandemic.

The WHO has produced a list of nations that have had no cases of the virus. The majority of these nations and territories are located on islands in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Here is a list of them:

Micronesia is a country made up of over 600 islands in the western Pacific Ocean. Micronesia, on the other hand, is made up of four island states: Pohnpei, Kosrae, Chuuk, and Yap.

Pitcairn Islands: This group of islands includes Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie, and Oeno. It is a tiny volcanic region in the South Pacific that may be found at latitude 25.04 south and longitude 130.06 west. In this town, 74 persons out of every 100 are fully immunised.

Saint Helena is a lonely volcanic peninsula in the South Atlantic Ocean that is most known as the location of Napoleon Bonaparte’s exile and death. According to WHO, 58.16 people out of every 100 are fully immunized in this country.

Nauru is a country in Oceania with a coral reef and white-sand beaches. According to the WHO, roughly 68 people out of every 100 are fully vaccinated in this country.

Niue is a small island country in the South Pacific. In this town, more than 79 persons out of every 100 are fully vaccinated against Covid.

Tokelau has a single airport and is located near New Zealand. It has a population of approximately 1,500 people.

Tuvalu consists of three reef islands and six atolls. Tuvalu shut down its borders and imposed quarantine. According to the WHO, roughly 50 persons are fully immunized for every 100 people.

Turkmenistan and North Korea are also on the list of countries devoid of the deadly coronavirus. These countries have not yet formally recognized any case.

The WHO list also includes countries that have been impacted the worst by the deadly illness. With 77,521,589 cases, the United States leads the list, followed by India with 42,780,235 cases.
