Construction of Lord Ram’s Darbar in Ram Temple to Begin Immediately: Ram Temple Trust

 The Chairman of the Ayodhya Ram Temple Construction Committee, Nripendra Mishra, has announced that work on the darbar (court) of Lord Ram on the first and second floors of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple will commence without delay.

Mishra stated that the construction of the darbar of Raja Ram on the first and second floors will begin immediately and is expected to be completed by December 2024. He made this statement during an interview with ANI on the first day of the two-day meeting of the temple construction committee of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir, following the Pran Pratishtha ceremony on January 22.

The Ayodhya Ram Temple Construction Committee has been entrusted with the responsibility of constructing the Ram Temple. The Chairman of the Temple Construction Committee mentioned that the construction work at the temple is resuming after the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

Construction work is commencing once again at the temple. The completion of the parkota and the 795-meter parikrama wall is pending, according to Mishra.

In addition, the work of the iconography on the lower plinth of the temple will also be initiated, he added.

Mishra inspected the temple building on Saturday, prior to the first day of the temple construction meeting.

During the meeting, a plan will be devised to expedite the completion of facilities for devotees and the construction of the second floor of the Ram temple.

The Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram took place at 12:29 pm on January 22, with the main rituals performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The idol of Ram Lalla was unveiled after the rituals.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were also present inside the sanctorum during the rituals. The event was attended by approximately 8,000 invitees, including 1,500-1,600 distinguished guests.
