New Delhi, 9th May.
In a concerted effort to advance jointness and integration within the Indian Armed Forces, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan will chair the Parivartan Chintan – Il conference scheduled for May 9-10, 2024, in New Delhi.

With the impending Theaterization on the horizon, the Armed Forces are keen on accelerating the ongoing initiatives aimed at fostering synergy among the Army, Navy, and Air Force.

Building upon the foundation laid by the inaugural Parivartan Chintan conference held on April 8, 2024, which brought together heads of all Tri-services Institutes to brainstorm innovative reformative ideas, Parivartan Chintan – Il seeks to sustain the momentum and delve deeper into the integration process.

The two-day conference will convene members from all sub-committees of the apex Chiefs of Staff Committee, comprising the CDS as its permanent Chairman and the three Service Chiefs. Together, they will evaluate the progress made across various domains and engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions to chart out necessary reforms essential for achieving the envisioned transformation through jointness and integration.

The conference serves as a crucial platform for high-level deliberations and strategic planning, underscoring the Armed Forces’ commitment to enhancing operational effectiveness, interoperability, and overall synergy in defense operations.
