BJP leaders on Monday lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address in the Lok Sabha, describing it as a “roadmap” for India’s transformation into a developed nation.

Modi, responding to the debate on the Motion of Thanks on the President’s Address, emphasized his government’s accomplishments over the past decade.

Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey praised Modi’s comprehensive presentation of the achievements, highlighting his efforts to propel India forward.

Modi’s call for national unity and cooperation in building a robust, developed India was echoed by Pandey, who commended the prime minister’s vision for the country’s future.

Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nisith Pramanik, while applauding Modi’s speech, took a swipe at the Congress party, suggesting that it should heed Modi’s advice to revamp and modernize its approach.

Pramanik criticized Rahul Gandhi’s recent yatras, claiming they were ineffective and failed to resonate with the public. He asserted that wherever Gandhi went, the Congress party’s fortunes declined. Pramanik underscored Modi’s commitment to fulfilling his promises to the people.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale, an ally of the NDA, praised Modi’s firm response to the opposition’s allegations of nepotism (‘parivarvaad’). He highlighted the government’s achievements over the past decade as evidence of Modi’s leadership and dedication to the nation’s progress.
