New Delhi, 5th March.
Social media handles of Union Ministers and Chief Ministers have changed

The opposition alliance “Bharat” is working nonstop to put the Modi administration under pressure ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. Their plan, though, appears to be failing this time too, as it does every time. Lalu Prasad Yadav, the President of Rashtriya Janata Dal, brought up Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s lack of a family during the opposition alliance’s recent Patna conference. However, the opposition’s attack was likewise a failure. The leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party have demonstrated that the party is now fully united and prepared to take on the opposition by initiating the ‘Modi Ka Parivar’ campaign.

PM Modi is continuously attacking nepotism

Actually, PM Narendra Modi is continuously attacking nepotism. Families ranging from Lalu Prasad Yadav to Mulayam Singh Yadav have come under his radar. The RJD Chief Lalu Yadav said at a Patna rally, “What can we do if Narendra Modi does not have a family of his own? He keeps bragging about the Ram temple. He is not even a true Hindu. In Hindu tradition, a son must shave his head and beard upon the demise of his parents. Modi did not do so when his mother died”. The BJP has launched the “Modi Ka Parivar” campaign on their social media platform ‘X’ ahead of the Lok Sabha elections of 2024 in several states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand which is highly trending on social media.

‘Modi Ka Parivar’ campaign launched on social media

On Monday, at a program organized in Telangana, PM Modi fiercely targeted the opposition in the name of nepotism. He said, ‘The leaders of the Indi alliance, immersed in corruption, nepotism and appeasement, are getting nervous. He said that when I question his familyism, these people have now started saying that Modi has no family. I want to tell them that 140 crore countrymen are my family, those who have no one also belong to Modi and Modi belongs to them. My Bharat is my family. After this, the trend of ‘Modi Ka Parivar’ campaign started on social media. Many stalwarts of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) joined this campaign. He has added ‘Modi ka Parivar’ before his name on social media. These include the names of many stalwarts including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, National President Jagat Prakash Nadda.

Many senior BJP leaders associated with the campaign

Apart from Shah and Nadda, Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, Dr Virendra Kumar, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Anurag Thakur, Spokesperson Sambit Patra, Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi is participating in the ‘Modi Ka Parivar’ campaign. Many big leaders including Union Minister Piyush Goyal, Giriraj Singh, MP Manoj Tiwari, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, BJP State President VD Sharma, Union Minister Jyotiraditya ScBharat and former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Prem Singh Tamang have joined. He has annotated his name on social media with ‘Modi’s family’. The unique aspect of this project is that it began right before the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.  In such a situation, this is no less than a masterstroke for BJP.

Your dreams will be my resolve: Prime Minister Modi

PM Modi said in Adilabad, Telangana, ‘When I work till late night and it becomes a news, lakhs of people write letters to me, saying, you should not work so much. Get some rest as well. I left home as a child with a dream. I thought that I would work for the countrymen. I will not have any personal dreams and now your dreams will be my resolution. PM Modi said that I will spend my life to make your dreams and the future of your children bright.

Lalu attacked PM Modi

Lalu Yadav had made personal attacks on PM Modi in the RJD rally on Sunday. He even talked about the demise of PM Modi’s mother. Lalu Yadav said, ‘What is Modi? Modi is not a thing. Modi doesn’t even have a family. Lalu said why there were no children in your family and people who have more children are called familism. This is how Lalu Yadav had commented on Narendra Modi’s family. Then PM Modi replied to Lalu Yadav in his own style and also coined a new slogan. It is possible that this slogan may be used vigorously by BJP in the elections also.

Prior to this, the Prime Minister also declared that nepotism has crippled multiple Bharatiya institutions, aiming his guns at “parivaarvaad.” He declared, “It encourages corruption and is not restricted to just politics. Nepotism must be eradicated from the nation since it is preventing it from progressing.”

To recognize the power of Bharat’s institutions and move the nation forward on the basis of merit, it is true that there is a need to spread awareness against nepotism.
