Patna, 23rd Oct: As the deadline for withdrawal of nominations for the second phase of Bihar Assembly elections ends today, political activity has intensified across the state. Voting for the second phase is scheduled for November 11.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is set to address multiple rallies in support of NDA candidates in Saran and Vaishali districts. He will hold public meetings in Manjhi, Dariyapur, and Goraul on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will connect with Bihar BJP’s booth-level workers at 6:30 p.m. through an audio interaction under the party’s outreach initiative “Mera Booth Sabse Majboot.”
Commenting on the ongoing tussle within the opposition alliance, Bihar BJP president Dilip Jaiswal said, “The Mahagathbandhan leaders are busy undermining each other. They haven’t finalized seat-sharing yet. Those who cannot agree on seats are unfit to run a government. The people of Bihar understand this well.”
