New Delhi, 10th Jan.
As the INDIA bloc grappled with the distribution of seats among its members, Union Minister Anurag Thakur took a swipe at the opposition alliance, saying that their differences indicate a lack of leadership capable of uniting everyone.

Thakur stated that the opposition alliance’s inability to make decisions has caused people to disregard them. He criticized the alliance for lacking a leader, a clear policy, or any intention.

Thakur, who is currently visiting Maharashtra, emphasized that India, on the other hand, has a decisive leader in Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has introduced and effectively implemented beneficial policies, earning him global recognition.

Thakur’s comments come as the opposition alliance holds meetings in Delhi to determine seat-sharing arrangements for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, involving members such as the Congress, Trinamool Congress, and Samajwadi Party.

Leaders from Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh met with Congress leaders during these discussions. Sanjay Raut, a Shiv Sena (UBT) leader, expressed unity among the alliance members and their determination to confront communal forces.

The meeting was attended by various Maharashtra Congress and NCP leaders, along with Raut.
