Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, 27th May. Union Minister Anurag Thakur slammed the Congress leadership for their admiration of Pakistan despite their being in India, citing former Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi’s statement about opening the Wagah Border for Pakistanis.

“Time and again, their devotion to Pakistan demonstrates that even when Congress officials are in India, they continue to extol Pakistan. India is hosting the elections instead of Pakistan. However, Thukur stated in an interview with ANI on Monday that “their thoughts are such that they want to seek the votes of those who support Pakistan.”

Thakur drew attention to the fact that the Congress was implicated in several defense scandals and had always taken actions that were advantageous to Pakistan.

“The Congress’s first plan was to turn Kashmir, an area of India under Pakistani occupation, into Pakistan. They had a lot they could have done for our nation, but they chose not to. By accepting cuts in foreign transactions like the submarine scam, the Bofors scandal, the Augusta Westland scam, and the Jeep scam, they have consistently undermined our Army. In military treaties, the Congress is known to accept concessions. The Union Minister stated, “They talk about instilling fear and lies in people and did not grant One Rank One Pension to former army personnel.”
