An earthquake of 3.7 magnitude jolts Pithoragarh area in Uttarakhand

Pithoragarh, 28th June. An earthquake of 3.7 magnitude jolted Pithoragarh, Bageshwar and Kanda areas at 12.19 today. District disaster management office said today.
“The tremor was centered in Pithoragarh district and its depth is said to be 10 km deep, no information of any damage has been received as yet.”said Bhupendra Singh Mahar, DGMO Pithoragarh.
