Jammu, 6th Feb. Dr. Manorama Bakshi, Vice President of the All India Kashmiri Samaj (AIKS), officially became a member of the BJP in Jammu on Monday.
The induction ceremony was conducted in the presence of BJP General Secretary (Organization), Ashok Koul. Alongside Bakshi, Sunil Kumar Sher, a retired PWD official, Ishant Hangloo, an entrepreneur in the IT sector, and Veerji Thaploo, a prominent social activist, also joined the party.
Koul emphasized that the BJP believes individuals who have excelled in various fields and have earned recognition can play a pivotal role in shaping a positive public perception of the party.
