Varanasi, 14th Feb. Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s forthcoming visit to his parliamentary constituency, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took stock of the arrangements on Tuesday.
Officials have indicated that Modi is expected to visit his constituency on February 24-25.
During his inspection, Adityanath visited the Rs 475-crore Amul plant, which spans across a 30-acre land. He also convened with representatives and legislators of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Circuit House.
In addition, the Chief Minister assessed various ongoing development projects in the region, as conveyed by officials. Emphasizing the significance of cleanliness, Adityanath instructed officials to ensure that all preparations for Modi’s visit are completed on time.
Later, Adityanath paid respects at the Kashi Vishwanath temple.
