New Delhi, 31st Jan. Senior advocate and Additional Solicitor General Rupinder Singh Suri passed away on Monday morning, family sources said.
Rupinder Singh Suri was appointed the Additional Solicitor General (ASG) in June 2020.
Suri is survived by wife Gurvinder Suri and two daughters, Suruchi and Simar.

Rupinder Singh Suri was designated as senior advocate in the year 2009. He also served as the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association.
Suri served as standing counsel in the Supreme Court (SC) for Punjab for about 15 years.
