New Delhi, 19th Sept: A day after Congress MP Rahul Gandhi spoke of a “Gen Z revolution,” the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) swept the Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) elections, winning three of the four seats, including the President’s post.
The lone victory for the Congress-backed National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) came on the Vice President’s seat—secured by a former ABVP activist.
Political observers called the result a sharp reality check for Gandhi, with the polls taking place just a few kilometres from his residence.
