New Delhi, 22nd July: The ‘Aao Saath Chalen’ organization on Tuesday launched another new ‘Prasadam’ van, dedicated to distributing free meals to the caretakers of patients admitted in various hospitals across Delhi.
The formal inauguration of this philanthropic service took place at the Valmiki Temple located on Panchkuian Road. Mahamandaleshwar Sant Shri Krishna Shah Vidyarthi Ji Maharaj performed the traditional rituals and prayers, officially flagging off the van for its service.
Sant Shri lauded this noble initiative, stating, “Feeding the hungry is the greatest virtue, and this service not only fills stomachs but also conveys the true message of humanity.”

Shri Vishnu Mittal, the convener of the ‘Aao Saath Chalen’ organization, informed that this new van is specifically aimed at assisting families who travel from distant places to Delhi for medical treatment and often struggle to arrange for meals. He further added that the organization plans to launch more ‘Prasadam’ vans in the future to expand their reach and provide wider support to those in need.
This initiative seeks to alleviate the burden on patient attendees, many of whom face financial and logistical challenges while caring for their hospitalized loved ones in the capital.
