No female is safe in Haryana. Is Narender Modi who has launched the ‘Beti Bachoo-Beti Padao’ campaign with much fanfare is listening.? A coach levels serious allegations of “sexual exploitation ” against Haryana,s, Sports Minister, Sandeep Singh and instead of providing her police protection Haryana ,DGP,Parshant Aggarwal has constituted a committee to probe the complaint of Sandeep Singh.

Shocking is the style of functioning of DGP. Why blame him as he might have done it under pressure from the top boss.? But being the DGP, who is supposed to deliver justice to people, should not he have applied his mind before constituting such a committee.

“OFFICE OF DIRECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE, HARYANA” ORDER.

A complaint has been received from Sh. Sandeep Singh, Minister of State, Sports and Youth Affairs ,Haryana.The same is enclosed herewith in original. Allegations in this regard are also circulating on social media and electronic media.

In this regard, a committee headed by Ms.Mamta Singh.IPS. ADGP, Rohtak, Range with Sumer Partap Singh, DCP,Panchkula and Raj Kumar Kaushik,ACP,Panchkula as its members is hereby constituted .

The committee shall conduct an in-depth enquiry into the subject matter immediately and submit its report to this office at the earliest.

Mr. Aggarwal I am not going to admit that you are ignorant about the fact that allegations of sexual exploitation are covered under Indian Penal Code and not by any enquiry committee?

Offence was committed in Chandigarh and then how Haryana police has come into picture? Is it not a clever game to divert attention from the allegations of sexual exploitation?

Rohtak is about one hundred fifty KM,from Chandigarh and you choose to head the ADGP,Rohtak, for heading the committee.

You had sent the copy of complaint of Sandeep Singh to the enquiry officer but you have not made it public. Why? Even a layman can judge what Sandeep Singh might have written to you?

Is the above enquiry committee empowered to summon Sandeep Singh?

In your order you have stated that matter is on social and electronic media.

Mr.Aggarwal, daily social and electronic media is flooded with news of police atrocities and corruption. In how many cases you have taken notice of such reports.

Instead of complaining to you, why is Sandeep Singh not at a press conference in Chandigarh.?

Mr. Aggarwal by constituting the above committee you have lowered the dignity of office of DGP. You have attained the position of DGP, maximum which an IPS can aspire. Your appointment is for a fixed period and CM cannot remove you before that. By denying to obey the illegal, unethical, and immoral dictates of political masters you could have set an example for the IPS community. But Alas at the fag end of your tenure you have succumbed to political pressure?

God saves the people of Haryana at hands of such police forces headed by you.
