Bombay High Court to Hear Aryan Khan’s Bail Plea on October 26

Mumbai, 21^st Oct. The Bombay High Court on Thursday fixed October 26 for hearing on the bail plea of Aryan Khan, arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

The matter was taken up by Justice N.W. Sambre, where Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde sought an urgent hearing on Friday or Monday.

Justice Sambre decided to look into the matter next Tuesday, which means Aryan Khan may have to spend five more days in custody.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan along with co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have challenged the special NDPC court’s decision to reject the bail plea.
