India–Israel Innovation Bridge in Focus as PM Explores AI, Quantum and Climate-Tech Solutions

Jerusalem, 26th Feb: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accompanied by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, visited a high-level technology exhibition in Jerusalem on February 25, showcasing pioneering Israeli innovations across multiple sectors.

The exhibition featured companies and research institutions working in Agri-tech, Water-tech, Climate-tech, Health-biotech, Smart Mobility, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Quantum technologies.

India–Israel Innovation Bridge in Action
Innovation and technology partnership remain central pillars of India–Israel bilateral ties. Both countries are collaborating under the “India–Israel Innovation Bridge” to develop solutions addressing global and regional challenges.

During the walk-through, the Prime Minister interacted with scientists, entrepreneurs and CEOs from leading tech enterprises.

Cutting-Edge Technologies on Display
In Quantum and Deep Tech, Quantum Machines briefed the Prime Minister on the Israeli Quantum Computing Centre, while Classiq demonstrated advancements in simplifying quantum software development.

In Health-Tech and AI, AISAP showcased its AI-powered point-of-care ultrasound offering real-time diagnostic guidance. The Horizon Scanning Division of Israel’s Ministry of Science and Technology presented “Tech Scout,” an AI-driven tool for strategic risk detection and trend analysis.

Mobileye demonstrated smart mobility solutions designed to reduce road accidents through advanced sensors and chip technologies.

In Cybersecurity, Check Point Software Technologies presented advanced threat prevention systems and outlined its collaborations in India.

Water and agriculture innovations included WaterGen’s technology to generate drinking water from air and N-Drip’s gravity-powered micro-irrigation systems. Natural Offset Farming highlighted in-field post-harvest solutions aimed at reducing food loss without electricity.

Climate and bio-tech firms such as Remilk showcased precision fermentation for lab-produced milk proteins, while BarAlgae demonstrated AI-integrated microalgae cultivation. Mynora Bio presented plastic waste management solutions using bio-conversion additives.

Israel Aerospace Industries exhibited miniaturised communication satellites and Synthetic Aperture Radar systems, underscoring cooperation potential in space technologies.

Call for Investment and Collaboration
Prime Minister Modi noted that the technologies showcased hold strong potential to scale up innovation partnerships between India and Israel, particularly in agriculture, water management, healthcare and digital services.

He invited participating companies to explore opportunities in India for investment, manufacturing and long-term technology collaboration, reinforcing India’s commitment to strengthening its strategic innovation partnership with Israel.
