New Delhi, 11th Feb: Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan on Wednesday paid tributes to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his death anniversary, remembering him as a visionary thinker and nation-builder who devoted his life to the service of society.
In a social media post, the Vice President said Upadhyaya’s philosophy of Integral Humanism continues to hold enduring relevance for the world. He described the leader’s ideas as a guiding force for ethical public life and inclusive development.
Radhakrishnan also noted that Upadhyaya’s message of serving the most downtrodden sections of society with compassion remains central to India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation, or Viksit Bharat.
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, a prominent political thinker and organiser, is widely regarded as the principal ideologue of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh and the proponent of the philosophy of Integral Humanism.
