New Delhi, 1st Feb: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said the renaming of Adampur Airport as Shri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji Airport is a fitting tribute to the timeless ideals of Sant Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji.
In a message shared on X on the occasion of Sant Ravidass Jayanti, the Prime Minister said it was a matter of immense honour and pride that the decision was taken on such an auspicious day. He noted that the move would bring joy to countless people and serve as a lasting symbol of Guru Ravidass Ji’s teachings.
“This is a fitting tribute to the timeless ideals of Shri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji. His message of equality, compassion and service continues to motivate us all greatly,” the Prime Minister said.
