New Delhi/Ayodhya, 31st Dec: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday extended heartfelt greetings to the nation and devotees across the world on the second anniversary of the Pran-Pratishtha of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, describing the occasion as a divine celebration of India’s faith and cultural heritage.
The Prime Minister offered reverent salutations at the feet of Lord Shri Ram on behalf of devotees in India and abroad, and conveyed his best wishes to all citizens. He recalled the historic fulfilment of a centuries-old resolve, stating that by the grace of Lord Shri Ram, the sacred aspiration of millions of devotees spanning five centuries has been realised.
Modi said Ram Lalla now resides once again in his grand abode, and noted that this year Ayodhya is witnessing the Dharma Dhwaja and the prestige of Ram Lalla’s Pratishtha Dwadashi. He added that he was fortunate to have consecrated the Dharma Dhwaja last month.
Emphasising the values associated with Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram, the Prime Minister expressed hope that his inspiration would deepen the spirit of service, dedication and compassion in every citizen, forming a strong foundation for building a prosperous and self-reliant India.
In a post on X, the Prime Minister said the anniversary is a divine festival of faith and culture, and prayed that Lord Shri Ram’s blessings continue to guide the nation on the path of unity, prosperity and righteousness.
