Trump ‘Presidential Walk of Fame’ at WH describes Biden as Sleepy Joe, calls Obama divisive

WASHINGTON – The White House on Thursday has made a striking addition of new plaques beneath photographs of former leaders on US President Donald Trump’s newly created “Presidential Walk of Fame,” with pointed criticism of his Democratic predecessors.

The White House has added new plaques beneath photos of former leaders on “Presidential Walk of Fame,” mocking Trump’s predecessors.

White House is traditionally viewed as a symbol of national unity. Trump has used the historic building as a medium for mocking opposition.

The plaque beneath the photo of Joe Biden, whom Trump succeeded this year, reads: “Sleepy Joe Biden was, by far, the worst President in American history.”

It also alleges that Biden won the “most corrupt election ever.”

Biden is the only president who doesn’t have a portrait in the “Presidential Walk of Fame,” instead there is a photo of an autopen, a mechanical device that replicates a signature with a pen or other writing implement.

Former President Barack Obama’s plaque characterized him as “one of the most divisive political figures in American history,” while the inscription under Bill Clinton’s photo states: “In 2016, President Clinton’s wife, Hillary Clinton, lost the Presidency to President Donald J. Trump!”

Trump’s “Presidential Walk of Fame” also includes former President George W. Bush. His plaque reads: Bush started wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, “both of which should not have happened.”

In a statement by White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, the content on the plaques was termed as ‘eloquent’ descriptions of the legacy of different presidents. It also stated that many of the descriptions were written directly by the President himself.

The “Presidential Walk of Fame” is a recent addition during Trump’s second term, featuring portraits of past presidents displayed along corridors between the Oval Office and the South Lawn.
