New Delhi, 5th Nov: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday extended greetings on the occasion of Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, recalling the timeless wisdom and human values embodied in the Guru’s teachings.

“The life and message of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji continue to guide humanity with timeless wisdom. His teachings of compassion, equality, humility and service are very inspiring,” the Prime Minister said in his post on X.

Celebrations are being held at gurdwaras nationwide, with devotees offering prayers, singing hymns, and partaking in community service and langars to mark the sacred day.
