New Delhi, 27th Oct: BJP Delhi General Secretary and social activist Vishnu Mittal continues his humanitarian initiative under the banner of Aao Sath Chalen, providing free meals every day to the families of patients waiting outside Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital in New Delhi.
Mittal shared a glimpse of the initiative on X, writing, “RML Hospital ke bahar mareezon ke parijanon ko aaj ka bhojan. Pratidin 12 baje.” (Today’s meal for the families of patients outside RML Hospital. Every day at 12 noon.) The message also tagged @AaoSathChalen, the NGO founded and led by Mittal, known for its social welfare campaigns across Delhi.
Under his leadership, Aao Sath Chalen has been actively serving food, distributing clothes, and providing emotional support to families of patients outside major hospitals, including AIIMS and Safdarjung. The organisation’s volunteers ensure that hundreds of people receive nutritious meals daily.
Apart from his philanthropic work, Vishnu Mittal also serves as General Secretary of the BJP Delhi unit and is known for championing social causes such as empowerment of the underprivileged and inclusion of the transgender community. His consistent community outreach has earned wide appreciation on social media, highlighting the importance of citizen-led service in public spaces.
