New Delhi, 18th Oct: Rajasthan’s Tribal Development Minister Babulal Kharadi announced that NEET coaching for tribal girls in the state will now begin from Class 11 instead of Class 12, allowing students more preparation time.
Speaking at the National Conclave on ‘Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan’ held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, Kharadi said that the Tribal Development Department will soon provide coaching for various competitive examinations to tribal students. The initiative aims to create better educational and employment opportunities for children from economically weaker and tribal-dominated regions.
“Until now, this coaching was conducted by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, but we have proposed that our department will independently start coaching for at least 25 students in the first phase,” he stated.
Highlighting the state’s progress under the ‘Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan’ and the ‘Dharti Abha’ programme of the Central Government, Kharadi said Rajasthan is moving rapidly in the field of tribal development.
He further informed that all tribal residential schools in the state have been directed to install a minimum of three CCTV cameras to monitor food quality and ensure the safety of students.
Reaffirming the state’s commitment, Kharadi said, “The Rajasthan government is fully dedicated to the holistic development of tribal communities and continues to work tirelessly in this direction.”
