New Delhi, 17th Oct: Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday.
The Prime Minister conveyed his warm congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for Egypt’s pivotal role in the Gaza Peace Agreement, expressing hope that it would foster lasting regional peace.
During the meeting, FM Abdelatty briefed PM Modi on the first India-Egypt Strategic Dialogue being held during his visit.
PM Modi expressed satisfaction with the progress in various areas of bilateral cooperation, including trade, technology, energy, defence, and people-to-people ties.
